We take care of superyacht crew regulation, giving owners a seamless, stress-free yachting experience with familiar faces. We ensure that crew are prepared & supported for any and every situation.
The yacht crew management team take care of all administrative tasks required to successfully manage the employment of the seafarer.
Upon recruitment of each crew member, our team will check their references, certificates and documents to ensure validity. The team will ensure that all crew certification is kept up to date and if requested, they will carry out candidate background checks. They can also assist with health insurance and any claims that may be needed.
We pride ourselves for finding the best crew, matching them with the owner and the existing crew, ensuring they are prepared to join the vessel and offer a fully-fledged service.
Our teams support the vessel and its crew daily. In the turmoil of Covid-19, we have developed protocols which are implemented across our superyacht fleet, ensuring our clients and their families are kept safe. Our team can also assist with crew uniform orders and other crew necessities, keeping within the agreed budget.
We ensure all crew are trained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Continual training is crucial to ensuring safety on-board; our fleet carry out regular drills for practical safety protocols, emergency response and first-aid.
On request, we can provide yacht crew with in-house interior training to ensure our clients receive the highest levels of service, at all times. Our interior training is led by former crew who know the particularities of the industry, the stringent standards that are required and specific techniques that can only be attained by spending time on board. Using our partners, we work to provide advanced training specific to your requirements.
Many yachts experience high crew turnover. We aim to improve job satisfaction for crew and reduce turnover, resulting in direct savings to our clients. We believe in the importance of crew welfare, priding ourselves for offering crew with contacts that provide support around the clock.
