The world’s most luxurious apartments are up for sale, starting at €20 million each. The catch, they’re onboard a 220-metre superyacht called Somnio, currently under construction by Norwegian shipyard Vard.
With 39 private residences and 6-star facilities Somnio will offer the most luxurious of living, with her owners forming an intimate, invitation only community as they sail the world’s seas in supreme comfort and style.
Apartment sizes will range from 182 sqm, 2-bedroom apartments to 963 sqm apartments, which are large enough to include 3 to 4 bedrooms with a living and dining area. Bespoke features can include a gym, personal kitchen and library as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas.
She’s also not the only, or even largest apartment superyacht proposed. Njord, being built by Meyer Werft, will be a 289m megayacht with 118 individual private residences, from two to six-bedroom apartments between 116 to 800 square metres.
